Released in February 2005 a range of inexpensive bench mounted and floor mounted Impulse Sealers (also known as Clamp Sealers or Bar Sealers). A hot foil coder can also be incorporated to print Best-Before or Use-By dates. One or two lines of print are possible.

A gas strut can be added to the machine specification to facilitate tipping the sealing head through ninety degrees into the maintenance position. This modification can also be retrofitted to all existing machines.

VALIDATABLE PACKAGE FOR MEDICAL APPLICATIONS

Our validatable package for medical applications can now include an optional digital speed read-out. In addition a pneumatically controlled outfeed pressure roller can be fitted. This feature provides a repeatable seal quality.

SIMPLIFIED BAG-TOP TRIMMER

A simplified bag-top trimmer has been developed and field tested. This utilises fewer components and is thus more reliable. It can be retrofitted to any of our machines or to the BD-Series of machines supplied under the Doboy name.
